Avito.ru is a Russian classified advertisements website with sections devoted to general goods for sale, jobs, real estate, personals, cars for sale, and services.

Avito.ru is the most popular classifieds site in Russia and is the second biggest classifieds site in the world after Craigslist. In January 2019, it had more than 10.3 million unique daily visitors. On average, Avit's users post more than 500,000 new ads daily and the overall ads are about 50 million active listings.


At the beginning of the career, every job seems similar: low requirements, similar salary, and no one expect even experienced candidates. But those roles have different development prospects and different demands in the future.


So how to make a way to start a career easier? How to make a job-hunting more convenient? How can the applicant choose from a huge number of similar vacancies? How even to choose between different areas of work?

Then I considered the possible entry points to the directory with vacancies from the application Avito. There were two of them in the existing application.

The first one included the search case: when an applicant already passed the stage of determining the specialty and was looking for a job according to the specified parameters.

And the second was a discovery flow. When the applicant with the help of the directory got to the main screen of the category with vacant posts.
